There are 2 options from which you can choose:
1. The subscription is automatically canceled (Raaft is connected with your payment processor); or
2. Raaft sends an email to your CS team informing that the user has canceled.

For the user, the experience is the same regardless of the option chosen. Once they exit the flow, they can either be redirected to a specific URL or the Raaft pop-up closes and the page is refreshed.

Raaft lets you offer conditional offers at the moment of cancellation. Those offers include: discounts, subscription pauses, switching plans, redirecting to specific URLs and leaving a phone number to be contacted later.
